Out here in the West most Indian dealerships are under the Ridenow umbrella, thumbs down. If anyone remembers, RumbleOn started out as an auction site selling totalled/high mileage bikes, thumbs down. My opinion is that Ridenow is basically a high interest sales company rather than a retail dealership. I've said this before, Indian needs to open up their own "company" stores instead of contracting out their products to be sold by other companies that sell cheap bikes with extremely high interest rates and have zero interest in the product itself.

I am relatively new to the DFW area and come from a place that had 3 outstanding dealerships, so I was interested in seeing what's out there. I have been to two of the RideNow shops in Forney and McKinney and I was not impressed. Did manage to get out to the dealership in Ft. Worth and really liked the shop and the people there. They recently opened their new spot in Irving and I am heading there this coming Saturday for some service (recall, oil change, etc). Looking forward to seeing the new place.

From what I'm reading, Ride Now appears to be the Indian version of the Veraca family of Harley dealerships. AKA, The Motorcycle Company. Slick sales tactics, only want to sell to people that finance and can't really afford them.

I glanced through the article and saw that they own Motown Harley in Michigan. I’ve been there a couple of times and your assessment of the Veraca family business practices is spot on. Salespeople pushing people to buy bikes that they can’t afford, refusing to check financing through anywhere other than places they’re affiliated with, not advertising used bike prices in their ads & refusing to tell you the price via email or over the phone to get you into the dealership to hard sell you, etc. Bunch of shady bastards but people buy bikes from them……. Sorry - I went a little off topic there 😂
