Hi all,

I’m curious I haven’t seen anything on it but is it possible to do a stage 3 upgrade on a scout sixty. If so what would be the partsneeded for all that I couldn’t find anything online that worked for scout sixty.
Thanks in advance

Welcome to the forum from T'other Side of the Pond. Maybe you might want to post an introduction and you'll get a healthier response to your query. There are BBKs and cams available for the 69 but not heard anything personally about the 60.

Not my rules but more akin to 'forum etiquette.'

"To prevent scammers, your first post should be an introductory thread in the “new members” section. This must be done within 72 hours. Tell us what kind of bike you own, where you are from, and a little bit about yourself. People who violate this rule may have their posts deleted, and are subject to being treated as scammers."

I just upgraded my scout sixty with a tune from fuel moto. I have a performance intake and slipon exhausts. That's what you'll need to do for a stage three. I haven't done anything inside the engine and don't plan to. Performance intake consists primarily of replacing the stock air filter. All of that results in noticeable improvement. If you're asking about actual upgrades in the motor I'm not sure where you'd find info on that.

ETA: removing your stock mufflers means you're removing the catalytic converter since, on the scout, it's in the muffler. Depending on where you live that can be a problem. If you do replace your stock mufflers with slipons I recommend you keep your stock mufflers.

Millennium Technologies makes a Revolution Performance BBK for the Scout 60 and Scout 69. It is the same kit. Check their website or give them a call for more information. The cost has gone up significantly ($1699.95) since I installed mine in the winter 2022.

Start with this thread at the top of this sub forum and go from there. I suggest thinking things through carefully as it ultimately depends on how much time and money you want to invest and what you are expecting in return. There are definitely well defined paths of least resistance laid out in that thread that will provide you great performance for a relatively low cost.
