Rizoma Bar End Mirrors moving from vibration...

So I had an idea but wanted to run it by the group. The mirrors move and shift to a different position only really on the right side of the bike. I was thinking of squirting like a blue, orange, or purple permatex "loctite" style fluid into the socket that allows the mirror to pivot around. There is no external adjustment that can tighten it up otherwise. I have beach bars with a 1" back and 1" rise. I barely use my mirrors but when I do it would help if they were where they should be. haha. Thoughts?

I am afraid as these are pretty sweet and a bit expensive. I appreciate your feedback. Let's s see if anyone else has any results that are different. I figured the loctite may be able to be undone but epoxy eh. I just want to make them harder to move and adjust involuntarily.

Well, every bike is different and has different resonant frequencies at different RPM's. My handlebars are not stock, as well as many other things so the mirror vibrates and moves to an out of alignment position where the vibrations move it to. I would assume the Ducati is not a V-Twin either and likely has motor mounts between the frame. The Scout Bobber has no engine "mounts" that reduce vibration as far as I can see and engine is bolted directly to frame.

Oh ok sweet. Either way different setups have different weight, harmonics, and resonant frequencies. My Rizoma Radial mirrors may weigh different, Rizoma Bar-end lights, beach bars being quite longer, risers, etc. All that stuff will affect each bike differently. Just wanted to see what others may have done when and if they had that issue and whether my idea of using a kind of non-permanent loctite style solution would be a good one. Currently she is wrapped up for the winter as it is like 14 degrees out overnights now so no pictures till spring. I never really took many pictures of her because she barely got ridden and is not completed yet for her big reveal.
