Has anyone ever installed Indian stage 1 tips on a Rinehart muffler? I bought some Indian fishtails thinking I could put them on the end of my Rinehart pipes. Now that I’m looking at the existing Rinehart tips I think they may be necessary to hold in the baffle. I don’t want to go without the baffles. I had some Rush mufflers on the bike previously and they would have worked on them. I’m seeing people install Rinehart tips on stage 1 mufflers but not the other way around. The fishtails don’t look like they would secure the baffle.

You are correct. On Rineharts the baffles slide into the tips and the tips are bolted to the baffles,then the tips are secured by 3 allen bolts.A little creativity,and different baffles and those fishtails could be made to work.
