I recently purchased a 2024 Super Chief Limited. I REALLY want to love this bike as much as I did my 2019 HD Deluxe. I took it for a test ride when I bought it, seemed perfect. Long story short, I’m finding that after an hour or so, my back and arms hurt. Apparently I’m reaching forward too much and leaning on my arms. I’ve seen several discussions on this. Course first thought is reduced reach bars. I put those on a 2018 Scout that I have. It’s not great, they have that weird turn out in the grips (others have noted this as well. All I want is a pullback riser that fits this bike without switching out $1000 worth of parts. I wonder if Indian/Polaris ever checks these forums to get a clue about what their customers are saying about their product! I want to start a write in campaign! 🙄 see if they really want to make their customers happy.

They call it a “universal fit” which usually means it doesn’t fit anything. Plus I’m not doing the work myself, and being that it’s a brand new bike, Ill most likely have the dealer service it..
I'd say that's why they have their "Reduced reach" items.
Indian risers and bars are listed at around the same price; that being said, if you need new cables to fit the bars, then you'll also need them for the risers.
My suggestion is that if you're unsure how much you'll need to move the bars long-term, the cost-efficient way to figure it out is by installing Rox risers, as @Moe1962 mentioned above.
The 2" ones "should" be ok without changing anything else (emphasys in "should" and even then the cables/lines might be tight at full steering lock). Those can pivot to pretty much any position, allowing you to adjust them to your liking.
Also, keep in mind that if you change the seat, then you'll need to go through the process again.

When I purchased my Softail, Harley dealer was able to switch out the seat with a test reach seat right there before I even bought the bike. Indian dealer said they “ can’t afford to keep extras around like that”. 🙄 Course, it probably isn’t worth it because I actually bought one thru Indian online and it was crap. Cost $37 to send it back. I asked about the Indian risers, not only would I have to get new cables but apparently I’d have to switch the bars to something else I don’t want. And they don’t make a “pullback“ riser. Ive seen the Rox risers online. If I could do it myself, I’d be tempted to try it. Being as it’s under warranty, I’d just rather have Indian dealer do the work. I understand the fact that the Indian market is not as big as Harley, and they can’t exactly make the “plethora “ of options that Harley can, but fitting a bike to a rider is a pretty important “option”. I can do without the fluff. Thank you for your suggestions though, I appreciate the input!
