My go-to Indian dealership is Tytler Cycle of DePere Wisconsin. They are a multi-line dealer as well. I've always been happy going to them. The service has been good over the last 11 years that I have been riding Indian motorcycles.
Someone I work with says they damaged his sport bike and said it was like that when he brought it in. Never been there myself

That would suck. I will have to stick with the 11 years of reliable service experience that I've had going to them. In 2014 I bought my first Indian motorcycle from the former St. Paul, Indian dealership. For some of the older upper Midwest riders on this forum who may have dealt with Twin Cities Indian, they might have some perspective on what kind of a trip that was. Anyway, it was that summer out of desperation of trying to find an Indian dealership I could actually count on at any level that I came across Tytler Cycle. Although I did buy one of the four Indian motorcycles that I have owned from the Metro Milwaukee dealership, it is the De Pere dealership that I keep going back to. The Muskego dealership is fine, but it is prohibitively far away from where I live to conveniently travel back and forth to for service on my bike.
I do ride all of the Indian motorcycles that I've owned aggressively and for Wisconsin, I would like to think I have put relatively big miles on them each riding season. I average around 15,000 miles a season. While none of my motorcycles have ever by any stretch of the imagination been gently used, I do keep their service up and it is Tytler that does the service work on all of the Polaris built bikes that I have owned.

Dealerships experiences are personal. One bad one and it sours. I really don't trust Fuel. But how far do you want to drive? I might just not to give them money.

While the Wausau Indian dealership is too new to get an accurate gauge on customer satisfaction, I have not heard very much positive about Fuel Indian, so far from their customers. The last time that I looked at the customer reviews for Fuel theirs were far and away the lowest of our seven Indian franchises here in Wisconsin..
