Headlight and driving lights aim

I just installed LED halomaker headlights and driving lights from Hogworkz, and ProBeams with triple play tail lights from Custom dynamics, I gotta say I love them, The only issue so far I have is the when I turn the hazard lights on, the probeams flash unevenly and random but I put in a request to their help desk.

On to my question, what is the best way to aim the head lights and driving lights? I have found plenty of videos and the instructions that came with the driving lights also differ from most of the videos (they seem to instruct for a very high aim that should match the height of the headlight), some videos say to aim the headlight's center to the center of the mark on the wall, some other's say to aim the top end to the mark on the wall and the driving lights about an inch below, others say the headlight 90% of the mark and the driving lights 80% of the mark, some say to use the high beam to adjust, most say the low....

What is the normal and best consensus on this? and should the driving lights be on at all times even at night or just for poorly lit areas?

I run my spots day and night. The more light the better. For what it is worth, here is what the owners manual says...
