Let me know what you find and if our assumptions are correct. I was considering the Custom Dynamics Halo slash LED, but at this point I am kind waiting to hear some reviews on the pathfinder lighting options out there.

Mine is a 17 Springfield with 35k on the odometer. I bought it new in April of 17. It would have 40 plus on it, but I haven't ridden as much this last year since there is no where open to stop on a weekend cruise with the Covid BS. So that only leaves commuting a couple times a week.

But I digress...

Let me know what you find out. The Nacelle is pretty easy to remove, but makes sure you have an extra set of hands to hold when you remove the four bolts on the the back housing. That way, it doesn't flop forward and drop on your fender.

If I remember correctly, from the fork oil change, you don't have the take off the front part of nacelle held on by those two top button head allens to get the main assembly off. Once it's off the bike you can then take the interior bits of your headlight apart on the bench so you don't loose any hardware.
