Anyone got any recommendations for aftermarket bars for splitting lanes? The scout's OEM bars are just a bit too wide to split lanes in certain scenarios. I really like the idea of some mini apes I've seen on other scouts, but the ones I've seen are still too wide.

Thanks for sharing. I bought the Klock Works lowers. Didn't make a meaningful difference on buffeting, but they seemed to reduced the wind on my upper leg & thighs, which helps when riding in cool weather.
Yeah I have the clear view lowers. Didn’t help with the freedom. I still find all the air buffeting from my knee up. Might try deflectors on my highway bars next year. See if that helps.

I can't imagine. Compressed air to shoot a line through? Too many hard angles.
There are 10 wires on the left bar and 12 on the right which makes for quite a bundle to pull through two 90 degree corners. Then soldering gold connectors on both ends to match lines, took an entire day to do it properly with heatshrink.

Got frustrated with my sunglasses sliding of my seat each time i removed my helmet
Bought this
Nice, but I leave them on - no problem with a Jethelm/half helmet or how do you call it. Different with a full face helmet, but.....then, I put the sunglasses in the cupholder on the steering bar. 😁

I successfully wired a garage door opener into my horn! This solution is super reversible, pretty simple, and uses the bikes power instead of a remote battery!

Just wondering if you have any more information on this? Parts, materials, tools? Or a DIY video. With a few weeks of winter here in Vegas around the corner I'm thinking of routing all my wires through my handlebars soon and figured I'd add this to the list also.
