Agree, on this bike mainly because you went with the chrome engine guards. I chose to bring out the black on my 2021 icon.

Nothing like starting off the day with a good exhaust video! Sounds fantastic!Yeah, my best friend Joe is an amazing fabricator - he removed the end cap and welded it BACK ONTO the cut piece, so it looks super clean and super stock lol
Here is a quick video so you can hear what it sounds like...
and so you know, the way it sounds in the video is EXACTLY how it sounds in person 👏🏼😏
That looks good too. You got the black seat and black frame, so the black engine guards and floor boards look great together.Agree, on this bike mainly because you went with the chrome engine guards. I chose to bring out the black on my 2021 icon. View attachment 637721 View attachment 637722
Better than stock. Not sure v. Corbin or Mustang as I never used those.Great looking seat! I hadn't heard that name before.
How do you like it? Compared to a "normal seat"?
Alex seats are very great quality at a fantastic price point with tons and tons of options and quick shipping too considering they come from Germany! Did an install and closeup look at one on a buddy's bike a while ago.Better than stock. Not sure v. Corbin or Mustang as I never used those.
Everything about the seat, from the thickness of the leather (like a horse saddle!) to the hardware reflects German engineering and quality. They have different options for padding. i got the max which was ~1". That in combination with the springs is relatively comfortable, although most of my riding is an hour or two at a time.
I'm interested in the center of tank decal. It looks pretty darn sharp.
Looks like this decal is from Moore Speed racingI'm interested in the center of tank decal. It looks pretty darn sharp.
Could you please take a picture of the full look and let me know where you got it.
Now that you are in "peel-off" mode, time to take off those front fork reflectors. Looks like you already took off the rear reflector.Bought my Bobber last Saturday, and I noticed that it still had the sticker on the gas tank. So today, I removed the sticker with goo gone, which worked great. Made it messy, so I washed the bike. Then noticed there were some small scratches and swirl marks, so I polished those out, applied some paint sealant and the waxed it. View attachment 638837 View attachment 638838
After I removed my fork reflectors, I thought the forks looked too bare. So I painted what I call "warpaint stripes" on them. I ended up doing this on a couple other locations on the bike as well. Now that you are in "peel-off" mode, time to take off those front fork reflectors. No swap out, that is the way it came stock.JustinScout, did you do a swap out on your throttle body cover or was that stock in 2017?
If it was a swap, is it as easy as a new cover and mounting bracket? The 1901 cover definitely has its mounting screws in a different place that the 2021 “2 bars and a bolt” one.
