Completed the pulley cover's modification, waiting for brass screws to install it on Bobber.

I like it . I want one. Now tell me how you did it. Is this your work or did you have someone make it for you

I did it myself. the cover was made by fiberglass with black-paint and,
screw the cover to the pulley cover with six brass screws.
(The machine shop drill those holes) .
The original idea is :

Finally, I've replaced original screws with brass-colored stainless screws.

I really like that 19" front wheel tire combo.

That looks so good @riteonjohn love the 19" /18" should help with ground clearance too.

Actually he wont have any additional ground clearance . His wheel is bigger at 19" but the tire is a lower profile so the overall height is about the same. I've Added a Tire size comparison link below

Installed Progressive suspension springs on the front end of my bobber today . Ordered Ohlins STX36 IN 524 Last week for the rear . Coming from over sea so it will be a few weeks before they arrive.
