And a good one at that. The Ends Cuoio bags are fantastic. For my build I preferred the look of the hepco and Becker crash bars, but to each their own.

Ohh these are nice and sleek. Look great. I'll have to consider these...my only concern would be protection. The Indian bars are bigger but seem like they would keep the bike from falling as far before catching. Thanks for the suggestion. Keep you updated on which I go with.

nice list.
I just bought a 2020 bobber twenty so have the mini apes. Added the V&H exhaust without the quiet baffles (very happy with the sound) and have the same shifter/brake peg ready for me to install.

Nice list and put up some pics when you get it all going. Congrats.
The only reason I'm thinking of the quiet baffles is I have heard that V&H is very loud. I want more than the stock exhaust gives (with a better look) but not too overwhelming or obnoxious. I will definitely test it out both ways. Look forward to the process and will definitely update with pics !

4. Joker Machine Black Shift Rod
5. R&G Radiator Guard (Spray Painted Black)

I'm feeling those floorboards. Once you get some time with them and if you think about it post back your thoughts
rode on them for a little bit today and already loving them. I have a size 13 foot so It's nice having more room to rest them on. I went with these because they look great, give me the same/similar feeling of full floorboards but dont look disproportionate to the sleekness of the bike. HIGHLY recommend.

My Custom Corbin Solo Seat just arrived!!! I really like the look of the stock seat so I tried to mimic it the best I could. I will install later tonight and update with on bike pics.

Pics do not do the color of the leather justice. The stock seat has more of a red hue to it while the Corbin is more of a true brown. very similiar though.
Here is what I ordered for reference:

- Corbin Classic Solo Seat
-Horizontal tuck and roll
-Scout Brown & Black stitching for the top of the seat
-Matte Black & Cooper stitching for side panels.
-Black Corbin Logo with no studs or welt.

Me again.

Woke up early to install my V&H 3" Slashcut slip-on exhaust. I have 300 miles on the bike and just couldn't wait until the 500 mile break-in service. I've read mixed reviews on if you need to wait to install exhausts until that 500 mile service but after calling my dealer and talking with my dad who has had bikes for 50+ years I decided to just slap them on.
I am getting the Indian performance air intake installed when they do the 500 mile service which comes with a free tune so if there is any issues from installing these slip ons, the dealer with tune bike accordingly.

They make the look of the bike 1000x better. the stock exhaust look like giant oxygen tanks strapped to the bike.
The sound is beautiful! I did opt for the quiet baffles and I'm glad I did. It sounds perfect.

Very happy how the bike is coming along. I'm moving along with upgrades/mods quickly but that's what happens when you wait 5 weeks for your bike to be delivered and you research and buy everything before it even arrives LOL.

Things I have planned that i still need to install is:
indian 10' mini apes, Kuryakyn coolant cover and legacy black levers, and the Indian performance air intake.

Chrome version here, simply because I have a black and chrome theme going overall.

Really great to cover that rubber hose. Those kinds of things aren’t easy to keep a clean look, so that little metal piece is a great improvement.
Went ahead and bought it. 3 minute install and matches the bobber perfectly! Looks like it was always meant to be there! Nice low cost addition.

Installed the following today:
- Indian Performance Air Intake
- Indian 10" Mini Apes (Black)
- Kuryakyn Legacy Levers (Black)

A few things...after a 30 minute ride I think I'm going to roll the mini apes back a bit more. They are too upright for my liking.

The Indian air intake paired with the V&H exhaust is a BEAST. Couldn't ask for a better sound and feel.

The dealer didn't have the mount for my bar end mirrors so I'm riding dirty for about a week until they get delivered.

Did you tune yet? Which tune will/did you go with? I went to the dealer to get the Indian performance intake and they advised against using the tune that comes with it because of the V&H.
Interesting. My dealer said the tune should be just fine for the v&h slip ons and performance intake setup. I haven’t noticed anything amiss. It’s got some slight (and fun) crackles sometimes on decel. That’s all I’ve noticed.
I'm not sure exactly what tune the dealer did tbh. I do know a tune comes free with the Indian air intake install as part of their "stage 1 package". The technician said he tuned it on their dyno, ill have to ask for more info. Regardless it runs awesome.

As far as cost, the intake was $105, and the labor to install was $120 (their hourly rate). So out the door, it cost $240 after taxes.

Love the pipes and the seat....I've got those levers on the way here for mine.
Been blacking things out bit by bit.
I am definitely going for a majority black look but I do love the pop of chrome/silver on the heads, exhaust tips, front forks and the Indian badging.

Small but great additions to black it out that I've bought are listed below. Check the link in my signature to see before and after pics of each.
Kuryakyn Legacy Levers (Black)
Joker Machine Shift Rod (Black)
Kuryakyn Coolant Hose Cover (Black)
JPSporty Front Fork Bolt Caps (Black)

Finally got the bar end mirror mounts from the dealer, so tossed those on there.

Also installed the following:
1. Joker Machine Front Master Cylinder Cover Smooth (Black)
- Really liked the Indian branding on the front MC cover but hated all the other writing so bought a smooth MC cover from Joker Machine.
2. Joker Machine Rear Master Cylinder Cover Finned (Black)
- Again, wasn't a fan of all the writing on the rear MC cover and this one was plastic. Went with the "finned" Joker Machine rear MC cover to match my mini serrated floorboards from them.
3.
Summit Racing Woven Fabric Wire Wraps (Black)
- I wasn't liking the chrome front brake cabling, it was taking away from the look I wanted, so I wrapped them. Looks 10x better IMO.
4. Removed warning stickers.
