If you look back at post #4660 it shows a horizontal grounding point. Your's is vertical so for certain there was a design change in 2020.
Corbin may not be aware of the change or mistakenly shipped a bracket from pre- 2020 stock

My 2019 bobber is horizontal and I ran into the same problem as post 4672. I solved it by starting both bolts with a couple of threads and worked back and forth tightening the bolts until it seated tight to the frame.

Contact Corbin with you pic. They will make it right by you.

Thank-you for confirming my issue as I was beginning to think I was the only one that noticed it. Corbin is very slow to react as I did call and email and text pictures. I am very impatient when it comes to issues that are not my fault....they just responded back and want the whole seat assembly sent back as they acknowledge a model year change.

Good to hear. Still a piss off all the same.
Maybe they'll pony up with some free swag, a hat or something for your troubles
