This...is literally genius!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had the day off so I made some calls about this product and found it on my first try. Went to Golf Galaxy and picked this golf bag tube for $5.

Currently, I’m at 62.25% to goal of 100% completion.

This little trick increased percentage points to goal by 6.75%!

Im now at 69% to goal! Thanks man!!!

That carbon fiber, that exact placement, is brilliant. You gonna get fork bolt covers?

I usually do. I did an unboxing video of the headlight—maybe I’ll upload that on tube...but these are the last steps and the most impactful! I think I’m gonna do an unveiling with the wheels, it’ll be stunning!

Wait...wait.

Didn't you do the block lettering in black?

So where did the script come from?

IT SHOULDNT WORK BUT IT WORKS HOW DO YOU DO THAT

My bobber comes with block lettering but I swapped it out for the script, purchased from the dealer, which I then painted.

You take me too literally... :)

If you would have asked, the old-school script wouldn't look good compared to the block letter.

Then you do that anyway, and prove it wrong.

It's the mix of old script and new color, that is more compelling than the block lettering in either color.

Dart Marlin flyscreen today. The wind whistles, no more buffering compared to my bigger Memphis Shades El Paso shield. Feels like riding with no shield but no wind blasting my chest. I'd probably put on the bigger shield in bad weather or if I am travelling far to protect from bugs and rocks.

I took it out today and found I had to raise it to about 3/4 inch from the top yoke. Where I had first installed it, it sent the wind straight to my throat. After the adjustment, it was hitting my helmet. It was very easy to go 70 mph without realizing it. It has really smoothed out the ride versus no windscreen
Seems like wherever I put it it went to my throat.

I’m 5’ 10”. If you’re much taller than that, you might have to put it as close to the top yoke as you can get it. I think anyone much over 6 feet may want to consider a full shield.
Nah, I'm the same or a bit shorter. I had it all the way up and it still was much worse than going with nothing. Such a shame. I loved the look of it.

Put these leather grip and lever wraps on. Marcus at IndianAftermarket was kind enough to send me some slightly larger pieces of leather to go over the OEM enlarged grips. I soaked them in water and stitched them on, and the underlying grip texture comes through nicely.

Went out for a long ride today in hot weather and heavy traffic to really get the engine hot and make sure the lever wraps weren't taking up too much clutch lever travel. Seems all good!

I really like this. So it's sold with no fringe? I have the oversized grips also.

I installed some comfort upgrades today-- New Corbin solo saddle which I ordered to look as close to stock as possible. I also installed standard scout 60 handlebars and a +3" barnett clutch cable as an alternative to reduced reach bars. No brake line extensions necessary. The only thing I wasn't able to complete was putting the mirrors back on. My dealer sold me some self-locking handlebar grip mounts (pictured) that they said they've used in the past as an alternative to welding bungs in the bars. Turns out they don't fit. I like the idea of using something like this. Anyone know of any that are a bit smaller and would fit the scout bars?

Installed the Corbin Brave saddle on the Scout yesterday. Went with all black leather, stitching, logo and no welt. I had been riding with Indian’s Extended Reach seat. It was a lot better than the stock seat but I wanted a little more back support. After about an hour ride, my back and butt felt pretty good; a lot better than with the previous seat. Was due for a filter anyway, so bought the Stage 1 intake on sale for 80-something bucks. It's a no-brainer for that cheap. The remap fixes the "stickiness" under 3000 in 1st gear. If you're on the fence, get it!
