What did you do to your Chieftain today?

When I had my 2015 Scout I loved that they had a regular thread where the entire community dropped in what they added, modded, upgraded, painted, etc to their bike.

Would like to start that here! Post what you did to your Chieftain today...

Added a Saddlmen seat to my 18 Chieftain DH. So comfortable I should've done this a long time ago!

Looks comfy & of high quality. If you don’t mind me asking, how much? Is that for a taller rider?

Thanks! I ordered directly from Saddlemen were you can customize it. Paid $355 plus shipping which now using it is more than fair compared to what’s out there. As for sitting position I feel a little higher up and about an inch or so back which is exactly what I needed and gives me excellent leg room.

Wow!! The price is incredible! You’re right about what other seats are going for. I think I’ll take a look. Thanks!

Updated the Ride Command and maps with the latest and greatest and polished up both Chieftains. I am taking them both in to the shop over the next 2 days to get the recall work done on them. They should then be ready for our Maggie Valley trip coming up next month!
Traded in my 2018 Chieftain Limited for a brand new 2019 Chieftain Classic Icon.

Retail on the Icon was $28,700 I got it for $25,500 out the door.

Price also included having my accessories moved over to the new bike ( which included reduced reach handlebars)and a free Indian leather vest (valued at $200).

I'm not really sure yet.. only have 50 miles on so far.. its firm now but they say it will better in 500 plus miles.. so we will see. The heat worked well and it wasn't in anyway uncomfortable, to me. Build quality is top notch.
