Wicked wobbly (as in "Rickety-Cricket"). I had one and got ride of it. Went with the $180 job, which is much more stable. That's just me though. The extra $80 might be better spent elsewhere (or might not...). Although now, I wish I had gotten an actual table lift.

So in your experience, still harbor freight?, the aluminum jack was a better option in terms of safety, comfort with respect to peace of mind the things not going to tip over?
It looks like it also has additional or atleast different support beam location?

Yea, the aluminum one is better IMHO. More stable and extension bars for higher lift height (though they don't fit under my Scout) and wheels for moving it around (once you strap it down, that is...). The table lift is what I would really want (1000 lb. Steel Motorcycle Lift), but $450 is too expensive for me and no room to store it...

I do my oil changes on the kickstand with no lift at all. It's nice that way because it drains the oil out better because of the lean. The lift is nice for other work though (like shocks, frame members, etc.)
