I have what is alleged as the only factory 2004 Indian prototype production chopper ever made. "War chief". vin 1C9RCV6084U891442 Has anyone ever heard of "War chief" I have no information other than the title says Indian and the manufacture plate. I don't even know what the C.I. is on what looks to be an S&S.

The VIN tag says Springfield MA, were they building bikes there in 04?

It looks like an S&S but the engine number didn't match up on the S&S site. BKLX935781

If it were an assigned vin it wouldn't be on a manufacture ID plate it would show on a MVD plate.
