These are the Viking Charger slanted saddle bags for a 2020 Indian Scout Sixty with a passenger seat and mounting spools, and they come with Easy Brackets mounted to the bags. They are in really good condition and are great bags, but I went with the Indian semi-hard bags when they came out this summer. There are a few scuff marks on one of the bags, and one of the bags has a couple holes drilled (can easily be filled in and/or plugged) from attempting to use the junk Viking mounting system. They are lockable bags, come off and on the bike spools super easily and a 12-pack will fit in them! I can ship for actual cost of shipping.
