I swapped out the stock straight stems on my 19 ISB for a pair of these:

The stock size is the smaller diameter, but they were unavailable in black. Rims are easily drilled out to 7/16s, which fits the 11.3mm size perfectly. Takes all of 5 minutes to step drill up and debur to get stems that make pressure checks 10x easier.
Btw, installed mich comm 3 cruisers, which so far are outstanding tires.
