Does anyone have some ideas/guidelines on the limitations on the files that we can upload to the RideCommand website via USB drive. I don't have a subscription, so I want to manually export from the bike. So i copy all my GPX files generated from the bike to USB and then upload using the web interface.
But for larger GPX files (longer rides) the website tends to fail with a vague error message. Can anyone speak to how big of a file I can generally expect to be able to upload?
This is for "Ride 2 on 1 June 2025.gpx". it's a 9MB+ file. Smaller ones seem to upload just fine.
I'm able to upload that same file to Rever just fine.
Funny enough, if i upload the GPX to Rever and then export it again, the GPX file is much smaller and then it will upload to RideCommand fine. But obviously it strips a lot of info out of the file.
