i just put an Ultimate seat with Roadmaster passenger seat on my Springfield. It’s a really nice seat but they warn that the sissy bar will tear the seat.
I saw some have said it’s not a problem. If you’ve done this how long have you had it and have you noticed any issues?

From what I understand, the grab bars are not what is tearing the seat. (they will leave scuff marks on the side of the seat over time though)

It is the hex head screws on the rear rack that attaches to the sissy bar. Ultimate recommends replacing them with button head screws to prevent this. (M8 x 20 x 1.25 IIRC)

I purchased a pair of stainless steel button head screws from ebay.
