Those of you with tuning/mapping experience.

I just did the s&s install and wrote the tune from fuelmoto to the bike (awesome customer service by the way) I also got a tune file from dynojet in my inbox. My question is this, i keep reading about people liking one more versus the other, how do you make that determination? Is it that obvious? How long do you wait to swap tunes and try? Should i even bother? does the ecu self adjust some things after running a map for a while?

Honestly after the install and tune the bike feels and runs awesome but i cant tell much of a difference to before the intake install. To be fair i just did a short ride. What am i missing?

Just looking for general info to educate myself on this stuff. Thanks.

A lot of people are nit picky. If it isnt idling rough, backfiring, or sputtering you are fine. I had my bike dyno’d with the intention of having a custom map built after using a PCV with a fuelmoto map. The tuner told me the current map was just fine. Put your trust in fuel moto.
