Hello All,

My check engine light came on my 2014 Chief Vintage.
I pulled the code and it was 520321, 4.
I looked it up and it was a tail light issue.

So.... I go to look at the tail light and lo, and behold, a single LED on the bottom row is burned out.
The rest of the tail light LEDs are lit.
When I engage the brakes front and/or rear the brake light makes all of the tail light LEDs brighter, and the same LED is still burned out. (No surprise there...).

My question to all here: Is this common? I couldn't find a thread started yet about this subject.
Has anyone else had this problem, and was it covered under warrantee?

Thanks in advance, and keep the rubber side down!

Ain't never heard of this before. I'd expect Polaris will cover it since the 14's had five years on the warranty and it's a safety item.

I think the tail light is a single unit and you can't change just the one LED,
That is correct, the tail light, like the turn signals, are a sealed single element. It should be covered under warranty, but there is a $50 deductible.

That's what I'll do. But no one else here has had this happen? Surely I'm not the only one...
