I have a black seat, black passenger seat and black saddlebags.
I am looking to swap these for just a set of decent brown/tan leather saddlebags for a 16 Chief Vintage. I only need the bags, not the seats.
Essentially you will be getting everything you need to make your Indian a black version.

Where are you located? I have an extra set of tan bags I haven’t decide what to do with yet but would rather not deal with shipping so if you’re within a decent distance I could drive to meet ya and swap.
