2 weeks back things started to get weird:

My skoot never had startup problems before ... suddenly they were there.
My skoot never had stalled switching gears ... last week it started to do this as well.

Last week I changed my clutch pack for Barnett extra plate pack ... and started noticing a new "clatter".
All my idle/fueling/tuning problems went into the background.
Initially thinking something went wrong with the install I did some tests with pulled and released clutch lever and such ... BUT same "clatter". Suddenly my idle problems swapped back into the front of my cortex.

and here the proof:

the factory intake manifold adapters after 64000 kms ... with multiple cracks!

(fortunately my dealer had new ones on stock:
2x Intake Manifold Adapter (Indian part#1204709)



the stress cracks around the mounting holes make me think: Indians specs when torquing those down to the cylinders and getting them seated against the recessed cylinder edge is maybe to be reviewed ... (or the parts are not up to the load!)
