I'm sure you have your reasons for not riding that distance. A 10' U-Haul truck with a ramp and some stout tie downs would do the job for about $175. Or a U-Haul Motorcycle Trailer if you've got a rig with a hitch on it.

Contact Mark Moses at the Charlotte dealership. He has a great shipper. He shipped my Chieftain to LA for me and it arrived on time and with zero damage to it.

If you are a member of the AMA, they have a shipping program for their members. The latest American Motorcyclist magazine shows Federal Companies as the shipper.

Federal can be expensive, I have used them twice, they will deliver it unscathed though. Can't be much more than renting the uhaul trailer, and it will be insured with them.

AMA members get $60 off the standard rate and agree they have a good reputation.
