Recent change to your tire? When I put a commander 3 on the front, I noticed a shake and wobble. Returned it for a Dunlop American, and the wobble immediately went away. Poster above is right, these bikes can be very finicky with the front tires. Try changing the tire first, as that would be cheaper than the bearings and fork seal route.
