Recalls are never out of pocket.

Transportation too and from the dealership are up to the owner though.

I just got notified via email. My VIN got hit. Looks like my riding season is over..bummer because Fall is the best time to ride in Idaho.

Why? This has failed on less than 1% of ftrs. Just inspect it before you ride.

With how slow my dealer is on turnaround, I’ll just keep an eye on it and take it in IF it ever starts leaking.

I am still waiting on my bike from the factory as it was stopped due to the recall. I am going to assume that if you were able to have the part delivered to you, they must have it as well.

I ordered it at the end of July and still waiting.

Got the letter today, let's see if any parts find their way over to Sweden any time soon? And winter is coming, would be interestng to ride to the workshop when it's frozen. Any studded tires that fit?

They had gotten only 2 in so far and already installed them on other bikes.

Maybe I got lucky. I got a call from my dealership on Monday they had the part. Took it in Tuesday, was back on the road on Wednesday. Best of luck to the rest of you.

My dealer showed as having it in stock online. Went and picked up the part yesterday. Will be installing myself when I do my next coolant change.

Easier to do if the airbox is out of the way? Or would it not matter because of the throttle bodies?
