When I am riding at night, it is hard to see what speed I am going because the speedometer is not to bright. Can I get a brighter bulb for it. It is a 2019 model and still under warranty. Should I mention this to the dealer?
OOOPs. I should actually read the OP I guess. Thought you were asking about headlight bulb. Now I don't see how to delete in the #$%@#!!$ new forum software. **
The forum's search function is your friend. Well actually sometimes google is better at finding relevant threads in the forum. In any case, here is an extremely comprehensive post covering various options. We went with the recommended upgraded bulb for both our Scouts and it was a marked improvement for a low price, and easy to install.
Mike Mas Living here in the Chattahoochee National Forest - In North Georgia, when it gets dark, these narrow winding roads can be quite a challenge. I usually ride to the “2 Wheels” Restaurant in Suches, Ga in the evening and hang out with the guys, so its not unusual for me to come home after...
Ride by feel... Don't take your eyes off the road or try to refocus your eyes/attention; those deer come up pretty fast! You should already know how fast you're going... or close enough; if not, then you're going too fast.
