I've got a 2017 Scout with enhanced air intake, performance regulator & vance/hines 3" pipes. It hauls ass. As I'm going thru the gears there is some [initial] small amt of 'slippage' when shift into next gear when I have it wide open. Is that to be expected from the power or is that something built in for control...orrrrrr....adjustment needed?? Thanks if you know!

I'm running the original clutch pack still at 80,000 km without much noticeable slippage, plenty of full throttle abuse. I'd leave it for a while, see if it gets any worse.

Good chance your reactions are not quick enough if your pulling the lever all the way in. Put pressure on gear shifter with foot. When your ready to shift, pull lever about 1/2 way. 1 - 2 gear use pressure on lever and wait until rev limiter kicks in and it will shift. Same effect as using an electronic guick shifter/
