Scout Bobber Oxygen sensor engine code after switching back to stock exhaust

I bought my Scout bobber with an aftermarket RPW exhaust that bypassed/plugged the o2 sensors and used a dobek fuel controller. I had the shop revert it back to stock exhaust, hook the o2 sensors back up, and remove the dobek. Should the bike go back to stock as far as the ECU and everything be fine? We're getting a front cylinder o2 sensor code after the swap. I'm going to swap the o2 sensor to the other cylinder to see if the code follows it, but wanted to ask what to expect in this situation. It might be as simple as just a bad o2 sensor I suppose. Anything else I'm missing?

So the code didn't change when I swapped the o2 sensors. Just clear the code then?

It might be sucking air around the O2 Sensor threads, thus throwing the code. Also, make sure the header bolts are torqued to the proper specs. That can also show up as a bad O2 Sensor.
