My dealer has the short windscreen in and set aside for me - She said the crash bars I have ordered are to ship in Jan. Didn't order saddle bags so can't help you there..

Those are expected ship dates from Indian. That said, many items are coming in now. We are getting accessory seats (both reduced/extended), stage 1 exh, handlebars (reduced), foot controls (reduced/extended), spools and backrest pads.

Could you clue me in and maybe tell all of us what they look like and how do they compensate the injection system with the more open exhaust?

Their is a Scout thread re: the Scout Stage 1 exhaust. It'll basically make the bike a bit louder and throatier than stock. Most of the performance gains will be psychological versus actual but I'm sure it will be a bit sprightlier. Anything from Indian will be EPA legal (including the ECU flash), so that in itself will really limit any true performance gains. Now, a true 2-1 exhaust, opening up the intake and having a true fuel management system would help. The air intake on the Scout will be limited to its position under the tank. DynoJet is working on a Power Commander 5 but early reports suggest it will be a PIA to install. In a year, many aftermarket exhaust's will be available. I'll keep mine simple. DBC exhaust and Indian stage 1 download will suffice.... On a side note, I did order a tank pouch but it hasn't arrived yet. I'll keep a Bluetooth IPod in it for my Sena 20s comm unit.
