As per usual, Polaris cannot be of service because they didn't have my VIN#... how embarrassing... hello... the recall is for all 2009-2013 King's Mountain designed motorcycles, so my VIN# is relatively unimportant. They sent a reply to my email stating that they didn't know what the recall was about and for me to call them as their email address was a non reply address. Ever tried to call Polaris... I think it's brain freeze central up there... takes about an hour to find the right person that can tell you that they will have to get back to you.

I have about $50K tied up in their products, but thank god that I am able to do my own work on them.
