Indian sells their black saddle bag guards for $310 which seemed pricey to me. I checked Amazon and took a chance on a set from our friends from China.... which is probably where Indian buys theirs from. I received them today and installed them. So far I have no regrets. I paid $61 for these and they fit just fine. Even if they start to fade, I can buy 5 pair of these for the price of one set from Indian. Here is the link to the ones I ordered if anyone is interested.

Nice. I was wondering about those. Interested to see if they hold up.

I was looking to do the same thing, but was concerned about strength if the bike gets dropped. So I opted to get saddlebag and engine guard wraps from captain itch instead. Ties the look together nicely, protects the guards if I tip over, and simple to replace if they get damaged.
