I've installed Rox Speed 2" pivoting risers with different way.
Secures the risers with OEM speedo assembly/clamp.
This setup keeps speedo's position/angle as original and,
just rising the handlebar without pivoting(because of the interference between handlebar and speedo housing).

I rode with mine like that for a month or so then moved the clamp to the top this weekend and I like it a lot better, it puts the speedo in my line of sight better so I don't have to tilt my head to see it.

Yes, I agree that speedo clamp to top can provide free handlebar pivoting to meet requirement.
The only limitation is the visibility of speedo but, it's not matter when pivoting not too much.

2" rising is good for me (5'8") and, I like the look of low-mount speedo.
