I am in the process of buying a used 2012 XR on-line. I’ve owned several Vics. I’m height challenged and have added pull-back bars to each. The current owner says he is about my height and ‘thinks’ his XR already has P-B bars because his elbows touch his chest. Does that sound right for P-B bars on the XR?
