If I recall correctly; fox shocks are 11.5 in. but are also $1000. Progressive is optional length. Perhaps without explaining the difference in hieght and how that effects the ride, why should I pay $300 more for fox? Does it handle bumps better? And by how much? Ive heard people say stock to progressive 444 is night and day, but thats vague.

I’ve considered looking into progressives , but I get conflicting information between the regular Scout and the Scout 60

Either one will be an improvement. The shorter ones are slightly easier to install into the available area if that is a concern.

From what I heard the taller ones make the steering stiffer. Thats all I know currently.
