Preferences


i have a 2003 indian spirit. it will run for a short time then spits, sputters, backfires, and dies. will not start after that. new coil,timing plate,wires, and plugs.
please help!

Had a similar issue with my Scout. Turned out it was the ignition. Replaced it and I was good. I'd check your ignition again, check battery connections (mine rattled loose and would intermittently cut power), and fuel flow.
