So after much thought I am ordering a Rampage Lift for my bikes. I have a Razor trailer which are great:
but I need to make room in driveway for an additional car. Also I am the worst at backing my truck with a trailer attached. I spoke with Rampage and it's about $4000.00, they have a special adapter for the front skirt on an Indian. The stock chock is way to close to the fender on an Indian so I was told. My concerns were removing the lift when not in use, it's bolted down with sledge nuts (4) so you don't have to crawl under the truck bed to unscrew the bolts. I also looked at a hydraulic table lift with wheels, it will sit less than 2 inch's from the trucks gate so I can slide it off by myself and roll it into my garage when not in use as they (Rampage) weigh around 300 lbs. (I have a 6 foot bed and don't want to leave it installed when not in use). I've watched several hours of Youtube vids on the operation and installment. Any suggestions or hints I that might be helpful would be much apricated. Also; anyone want to buy a Razor trailer? I'm looking for $1200.00

Here's a concern, have a 2018 Ram 1500, 5.7 Hemi Crew Cab, 4x2. The bike is 800 lbs. and the lift is 300 lbs. , 1100 lbs. together, think I need to upgrade rear shocks to air?

Just a heads up mate,

That chock that the front wheel goes into may (?) damage your front fender, so just check prior to riding up into it.

I have the exact same one for my Triumph and it works great but noticed the 'v' panel (top/front) is too high for my Chief Vintage and 'would' catch the fender. I'm planning on drilling some holes and moving it down but have not gotten to it yet.

So just check the hight before using it on your ride..(y)

Cheerio and good luck,
Roy

Not a problem, Rampage makes an adapter that accounts for an Indian front skirt. I considered this while ordering and when you tell them that you have an Indian they account for it. Thanks for the heads up.

I just carry a portable milwaukee inflator to be able to adjust air in these when needed.

PM me on install if you want.
Maybe I will, after I install the Rampage and put the bike on I can get a better idea if I need them. At that time I will decide to install. Thanks again
