I would say it's more for things like parades etc. where you're either moving too slowly or stopped with the engine running.

That fan ain't helping with that. A Challenger will.

I had one, ready for installation, but never installed it. A few people that I know are using them for parades and PGR rides.

Its not liquid cooling, but its better than nothing. It helps
