Is there a chance you could have shorted the VCM whilst changing the battery? it only takes a split second if you touch the VCM with the spanner whilst undoing the live terminal and the VCM is toast.

I know i checked all fuses and they where good so guess its off to buy a new one
You power up the bike and the console looks as if it’s still off? If that’s the case I would tend to think is a VCM issue as well … I hope it’s not …

FYI … if you ever had to replace your Speedometer… Your mileage would be reset to zero. Your dealer would give you some type of form with the previous known mileage before the Speedometer change. Because of Odometer tampering laws the dealer can’t set the current mileage to the new Speedometer.

Does the bike start?

It could be the 10A Circuit Breaker fuse (tall gray) … no way to tell if they tripped by looking at them … Try removing it … wait a minute… and reinstall it … If still the same … replace it with a regular 10A fuse and see if that helps …

Besides the regular fuses there are the High Current fuses … JCASE … located on the back of the Battery box … the VCM fuse is a red 50A … These are not easy to get too …

👇 The Green is 40A for the ABS 👇

👇 The Fuses look like these 👇

A failed ABS sensor can cause no speedometer and odometer.

I did have blowed fuses all three j fuses where blowed i replaced them all and it still doesnt work nothing works
Wow … if the Chassis Fuse was blown … I wouldn’t think the bike could even start. The Chassis Fuse supplies power to 4 fuses … the 20A Main Engine Fuse (tall gray circuit breaker fuse), the 10A Secondary Engine Fuse … plus the 10A Switched Power and 15A Front Radio fuses… Also powers the Main Engine Relay and Start Relay … According to the wiring diagram …

At this point it’s probably time to head to the dealer …
