I just ordered a Motherwell backrest today. I had asked about having a shorter one made when the lady informed me that they have a Shorter option now that they are ready to start selling them.

She sent me the following pictures including the short one on a Chieftain.

Additionally, the luggage rack is easily removable From the backrest.

Retail price is $449 and I asked to use discount code FORUM and it came out to $382 shipped!

Beats the heck out of buying one from a dealer!

No they aren’t on their site. That’s why I wanted to share what I had learned.

I emailed them and they called me the next day and took my order. That’s when I found out about the shorter version.

So you can order them even though they aren’t on the website.

We were able to get back to work just this week, so we are starting production on them! We made a prototype with another customer who wanted it shorter, and thanks to all the interest, we are adding it to our catalog.
