Hello everyone, nice to meet all of you. Finely making an account because I’m confused and can’t find the answer I need through just google anymore. I own a 2017 Indian scout 60, I’m planning and doing the 240 rear tire and the GSXR 750 front fork swap. I’m trying to find wheels that match and look good without having to buy stuff that doesn’t fit. I can’t find a 240 kit that matches the spoked wheels from Cognitomoto for the GSXR sawp. I’m also concerned about the wheel sizing. And should I increase the front wheel size because the wheel are going to have a smaller side wall. Don’t hesitate to message me if this is confusing if you decide to help. Thank you

Welcome from T’other Side of the Pond.

As far as I am aware RC Components and No Limit Customs are the only companies (I could be wrong as it has been a long time) that supply ‘off the shelf options’ for buying wider wheels that will fit the Scout. Why the GSXR front fork swap, I have Legend upgrades and it works for me with the standard forks. The rear swing arm was widened and strengthened for mine and a pulley offset milled.

A different route entirely was taken with wheels and matching CNC milled three piece wheels were made at an extremely high cost by a company that are very good at what they do but their attitude stinks, hence the reason I have not given them any free advertising by mentioning their name on a public forum. Look at No Limit Customs. Good luck.

I mainly wanted to do the gsxr front for the duel disk brakes. And that’s about it.

RC components 240 kit is as close as you are going to get for a matching rear wheel to go with an existing OEM front cast wheel, unless you either outsource and buy a pair of wheels
