Ok Indian tribe, I’m in need of help here.

Issue: piston actuator is stuck in front brake lever.

i bought a set of Joker Machine levers for my bobber. Per instructions; i have to remove the piston actuator from the oem front brake lever. Mine in stuck and wont budge. Ive called the dealer and this looks like its not an easy item to obtain.

now im looking to see if anyone knows where i can find one or a way to remove a stuck one.

also, apparently this style brake lever only came on the 2017 and newer models.

Any help is appreciated

Put some heat on it.
This will make the aluminum expand and then it should screw right out.
I dont have a scout, but it looks like its threaded in by the picture file.
A good heat gun will do the trick, or if you dont put too close and heat too hard a propane torch.

Problem solved!!! I used a torx bit, tapped it in with a hammer and used an adjustable wrench to turn it. Worked like a charm!!
