Apparently, someone tried to steal my Bobber the other night but was unsuccessful. The more annoying part is that I have to repair this (or get it repaired).

Any ideas on how I can do it myself?

Thanks in advance.

Replace the whole damned thing with a digital guard dawg. They didn’t damage the housing it looks like. That ignition takes about five minutes to remove entirely.

Boy you would just love to catch them and give them due diligence
Scumbags!
If you have Insurance I would claim it
Bike wasnt moving. Insurance should not go up
That should fall under comprehensive so whatever deductible is
Get a new lock installed.

Disk lock with bright orange teather to clutch leaver? Might discourage further tampering...
Bright red disc lock has been on since purchased. I guess they didn’t see it until after drilling...

Man, that bites. You work hard so you can get a good bike and some piece of **** tries to steal it. I'm in agreement with the keyless ignition idea. Good luck!
