I would start with the relay, Is the relay clicking? Do you have a digital multimeter that you know how to use?

Have you tested the horn directly to the battery to make sure that it works?

You should have about 12 volts on terminal 80 or 37 which ever is connected to the battery as the always on power, should be able to use frame as ground. Is that voltage present?

The relay makes a clicking sound every time I press the horn button. I have plugged the soundbomb directly to old horns wires and it works when I press the button.

How to do connect it directly it to the battery to test?

I do have a multimeter but I don’t know how to use it very well.

Sounds like you have hooked the horn up and it works that is not the issue.

You need to find instructions on using a meter to measure DC voltage.

A relay is nothing more than a remote on off switch. The clicking when you press the button means the relay should be working. That is the button you are pressing activating the relay.

Which ever terminal on the relay is hooked up to the fuse should have around 12 volts all the time. That is what you need to answer first.

You should be able to follow the horn wiring from the battery, through the fuse, to a relay terminal. The DC voltage should stop on one of the terminals.
