My Scout didn't come with a hard copy owners manual nor a tool kit!!!!!!!!!!! Is this normal??

Every bike I have ever owned at least had an owners manual and 99% had a tool kit.

The tool "kit" is behind the license plate. You'll laugh when you find it.

If you bought it from a dealer, they should have a manual for you.

The dealer should also have the spanner for adjusting the rear shocks, and two side reflectors that go on the rear fender if they are not already installed.

Well I'll be damned there is a allen wrench screw driver combo tool behind the licence plate. Who knew? I feel complete now!

An electronic owners manual is available on the Indian page for free. Exactly the same as the print version.

Call Polaris. They'll mail it. My dealer did the same thing.
