Hey folks - I went through 3/4 versions of handle bars for my scout and sold off all but one. I am trying to determine if it is "in fact" reduced reach see pic. appreciate your help.

Not sure about total height, which would include the grip end, but my stock bars are 8 inches as measured from inside bend at the narrow side to the outside bend of the controls end.
About 9 inches from center to center of those bends.

I got the answer - my bars are standard reach
