Are those with the baffles in?
yes ... all of them. With the open headers keeping exhaust gas velocity up (keeping the baffles in) is beneficial for torque! (Other open systems try to regain torque adding cones or lolli pops)

Without baffles longer runs would make me suffer from tinitus

Here is one I did yesterday comparing the Khrome Werks (Lloyd'z) and the Rinehart's. I should have used my pro-camera for manual sound levels. The Rinehart's are louder and I thought deeper sounding, though on the video it seems opposite.

Both with normally provided baffles installed. One note, the Khrome Werks does not have packing around the baffle, which is good. It always burns out anyway.
