Hey there, first summer having a motorcycle so I'm new to working on bike stuff. I own an Indian Scout Bobber 2018.

I ended up purchasing some Kuryakyn grips Kuryakyn Kinetic Grips For Indian Scout 2015-2020 | 10% ($9.00) Off! - RevZilla Part number 6368. Now. my issue has to do with my stock bar end mirrors causing issues with the throttle. When I put my new grips on and tighten the bar-end-mirrors down it creates a lot of friction and makes it hard to turn the throttle to the point that it sticks, obviously not safe or practical. So, I just want to know if any other Scout riders have had this same issue with any other grips and have found a work around. I'm open to ideas.

Thanks in advance for the help!
